This Awards Evening is for WGS Year 11 students who left in the summer of 2018. During the evening all students will receive their GCSE certificates. There will also be some awards presented to some students in recognition of their achievements in individual subjects and their contribution to school life.
The event will take place in the Main Hall and is expected to finish around 9pm.
A chance to meet your child's teachers at the Year 13 Subject Evening, starting from 3.45pm until 7pm. Information on how to book appointments to follow.
Students on the academic pathway work experience will have the opportunity to be in school and participate in university style lessons, introducing them to a broader range of topics that can be studied at university and go beyond A level. They will also have talks from STEM ambassadors from across Oxfordshire and Hampshire on their career pathways beyond university and the diversity therein. They will also be meeting students from Oxford Brookes who will be talking about the course choices they made and the diversity of career pathways those choices have opened up.

Our Sixth Form is a thriving, vibrant and active community of some 200 students, which continues to attract applicants from many other schools. There is a friendly, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in which students feel at home.
