We are pleased to announce this year’s joint Schools Careers Convention which is being held on Wednesday 21st March at the Witney Lakes Resort. The event will run from 5.00pm – 8.00pm.
The purpose of the event is to provide GCSE and A Level students an insight into a wide range of career options that might be available to them together with the opportunity to talk directly with employer representatives.
Further details will be given to students nearer the time.
A meeting about the French Exchange will be held in the MFL Classroom N5 from 6-7pm.
The assembly starts at 8.45am and last for approx. 45 minutes. Parents and carers are very welcome to attend and should arrive for 8.40am on the day of the assembly.

The assembly will celebrate students who have received subject nominations for good work in three or more subjects – for these students they will be presented with a ‘Winners Certificate’ – we will let parents/carers know nearer the time if their son or daughter has been nominated.
We are also celebrating students who have won our Bronze (100 house points) or Silver Awards (300 house points), parents/carers will have received notification via email if their son or daughter has achieved this Milestone. We are also celebrating achievements in Drama, Arts, Sports and Literature as well as 100% attendance. These awards are decided very close to the event and we are not able to let Parents/Carers know in advance if their son or daughter is going to be recognised in these areas.
Students are not aware of the rewards and we would like it to be a (pleasant) surprise on the day.
