Moving to a new school can be a challenge for any student. At Wood Green School we would like you to feel ready and confident that you can make this step and be excited about what the future holds for you here. All of you will be arriving from smaller Primary schools and coming to “big” school may seem quite worrying.
Our Lead for Transition, Mr Roberts has been visiting each of the Primary schools over the last few months to talk to you and your teachers as part of the ‘moving up process’. Your parents have also been involved in this and have completed the Information pack that was sent out to them in April.
Due to Covid Restrictions the Face-to–Face Transition Days are not taking place this year. We appreciate that this may be disappointing for you, so we have prepared the following links to give you information about life as a student at Wood Green School and introduce you to some important members of staff who will help with your transition to Secondary School. We hope that you will find them useful.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any further questions about the Transition Process.
We look forward to welcoming you soon.
