Important notice regarding ParentPay

It has been brought to our attention by ParentPay that as a result of an import error during September, some students till transactions were not processed. On the evening of Friday 24th October, ParentPay re-processed the above data and this has resulted in some cashless catering account balances reducing quite considerably. ParentPay shoud have advised all account holders affected by a notification on their ParentPay homepage. Please see letter from ParentPay for further clarification.
