Can you help the LibFest Team please?
LibFest is a family fun festival that will be held on Saturday 29th June 2019 at the Leys Recreational Ground in Witney. This will be the 4th festival that we have held.
Liberty Baker was tragically killed whilst walking to Henry Box School in June 2014. She was just 14 years old. LibFest was set up to honour both her memory and celebrate her life. Each year LibFest raises money for charity. This year our 3 chosen charities are: SeeSaw (Grief support for children and young people in Oxfordshire), Epilepsy Research UK and Brainstorm (The Oxford Brain Tumour Research Foundation.)
We are looking for donations of any goods that we can use as tombola or raffle prizes, and hope that you may be able to help us with this. We are looking for any food items that could go into a hamper, bottles of alcohol, children’s craft sets, toiletry sets, sweets, new toys, or anything at all that people may have in their ‘gift drawer’ that they may wish to recycle.
Please can these be brought into school from Wednesday 22nd May and placed in the collection box in the School reception area.
These will be collected by the LibFest Team on Friday 14th June and will then be used for our vital fundraising at this year’s LibFest.
Many thanks for all your support and we look forward to seeing you at
LibFest on Saturday 29th June.
