We offer two entry routes into the Sixth Form: an A level Pathway and a Blended Offer Pathway.

This is the traditional academic route of A level subjects. Most of our students following this route will go the university.
You can choose 3 or 4 subjects from the list below, and will also study for the AQA Extended Project Qualification.
The A levels are two year courses, with examinations that will be completed at the end of Year 13.
You will need to attain at least 5 passes at a minimum of Grade 5,including/as well as at least Grade 4 in English and Mathematics. You will also need to meet the specific entrance requirements for each subject. These can be found here in the Subject Profiles section of the prospectus.
The Combined Pathway gives you a greater diversity of choice in your subjects if you wish to pursue more vocational subjects or are unsure if university is the right route for you.
You will be studying 2 A levels at Wood Green School and a Level 3 BTEC National Extended Certificate at Witney College
You can choose from any of the A level subjects, as long as you meet the entry requirements for them.
