Pupil premium is additional funding given to publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers.
Schools are free to spend the Pupil Premium as they see fit. However, we will be held accountable for how we have used the additional funding.
Catch-up funding is given to schools to assist additional literacy and maths support for pupils who achieved well-below the expected levels in KS2 STAS.
Please see the following reports for a breakdowns of Pupil Premium and Catch-Up spend and its impact on outcomes.
If you wish to talk to a member of staff about Pupil premium, please contact Mr Askew, Assistant Headteacher or Mr Shadbolt, Headteacher.
