Year 7 (U12) Boys’ Football – Winners of the Oxfordshire Schools’ Football Association – U12 Boys’ Schools Cup

Huge congratulations to the Y7 Boys’ Football team who won their cup final match 3-1 against Farringdon Community College on Wednesday 18th May. The final was played at Oxford City Football ground.

Year 8 Girls’ Football County Finals Tournament at the Henry Box 4G Pitch – Tuesday 17th May – Mrs Smith, Head of Girls’ PE

Well done to the Year 8 Girls Football Team who played in the School Games Finals this week. They faced some challenging opposition from the whole of Oxfordshire and played some great football. It however wasn’t their day and they missed out on a place in the semi-final of the tournament. All to play for next season. Well done to all involved.

The U14 girls Football Semi-Final Thursday 19th May at North Leigh Football Club – Mrs Smith, Head of Girls’ PE

Congratulations to the U14 Girls Football Team who played Wallingford in the semi-final of the County Cup this week. Wallingford had some good strength in attack and took their chances well. The final score was 4-0 to Wallingford and we wish them the best of luck to for the final. All to play for next season girls. A big thank you to Mr Adams for his support with the team.
