Moving to a new school can be both exciting and challenging for any student. At Wood Green School, we would like you to feel ready and confident that you can make this step and be excited about what the future holds for you here.
Over the course of the next few months a member of our transition team will visit each of the primary schools to talk to you and your teachers as part of the ‘transition process’. Your parents/carers will also be involved in this and will have a Transition Pack to complete as well.
Alongside all of this you have a chance to come and be a Wood Green student for three days in the summer. This will be on Monday June 30th, Tuesday July 1st and Wednesday July 2nd. You will meet fellow members of your tutor group, have a chance to have lessons with some of our teachers, as well as joining in with the rest of school at break and lunch. We will also invite you and your parents to the New Intake Evening on 2nd July starting at 6.00pm to learn more about us and meet your tutors.

As your child will be joining us in September, we would like to keep you informed along with the rest of the Wood Green School Community about the planning and progress of this new build.
